📦 Where do you ship from?
All your fabulous finds are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
🔄 Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast—like mascara-before-coffee fast. 🏃♀️ So if you need to make changes or cancel, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we’ve already sent your goodies on their way. But don’t worry—you can still return your order for a full refund after you receive it.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal—because checkout should be as smooth as your highlighter.

We process orders Monday to Friday (no weekend glam sessions here—yet 😉). Orders are handled within 1–3 business days, and shipped out the next business day. Expect slight delays during holidays or big sales—we promise it’s worth the wait!
